This talented group of musicians have been the core players in one of the most talented party bands in Utah for many years, the Salamanders. Name Droppers is an offshoot of this popular live band, playing lighter versions of hit songs from today and yesterday. You’ll hear anything and everything from older Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole songs to hits made famous by contemporary artists such as Katy Perry, Black Eyed Peas, and Lady Gaga.

When you don’t want a high-energy and raucous dance band, but prefer a light, mellow, romantic style of music, this is your band. Their instrumentals of classic hits are arranged beautifully and are perfect as wedding reception music, dinner music, cocktail music, or background music. However, if vocals are desired, they can provide that too, either singing a few songs themselves or bringing along a vocalist that will turn this instrumental group into a full, but classy band.
