Comprising an exceptionally talented and experienced team of musicians, Senxao’s journey began locally and regionally in 2018, under the charismatic leadership of Venezuelan singer/songwriter Nayi Escalona. Remarkably, Nayi not only earned a spot at the Latin Grammys but also triumphed on the prestigious Univision TV Network show “Va Por Ti.” His performances have graced stages both nationally and internationally, leaving audiences in awe.

Nayi’s musical journey includes a phase with the renowned Record Label “Europeo Blanco y Negro Music” as part of the group “Los Superiores.” Their music resonated in the Dominican Republic, Miami, and New York, with their chart-topping hit “No Mires el Reloj,” produced by Sharo Torres, the genius behind Farruko.

In 2012, Nayi embarked on a solo career, showcasing his talents at the Latin Grammys in Las Vegas. He continued to make waves, performing at the iconic Yankee Stadium during a scholarship concert for the “Hacer Organization,” sponsored by McDonald’s corporation. Nayi’s solo artist journey saw him shining on stages at various festivals in New York City and Miami.

The year 2014 marked a significant milestone when Nayi performed in the official showcase of the Latin Billboard awards in Miami, sharing the stage with luminaries like Jhonny Ventura, Tito el Bambino, J Balvin, Luis Enrique, and more. His single “Explicame,” produced by Latin Grammy winner SP Polanco, opened doors to the Latin Grammys Awards Show, where he shared the spotlight with industry giants like Nicky Jam, J Balvin, and Alejandro Sanz.

In 2016, Nayi clinched the top spot in the international singing competition “Va Por Ti,” televised worldwide by Televisa and Univision Network. He graced stages alongside legends like Yuri, Jesse y Joy, and Pepe Aguilar. His single “Tu Boca,” released by Univision Network Music, became a sensation.

From 2019 to 2020, Nayi embarked on a press and concert tour throughout the United States, alongside renowned Mexican singer Luis Coronel.

This marked the beginning of Senxao’s ascent, making them the most versatile Latin Band in Utah, thanks to Nayi’s rich experiences and professionalism performing alongside Latin music greats. Senxao is synonymous with limitless musical energy, curating sets that encompass chart-topping hits from artists like Marc Anthony, Nicky Jam, Maná, Jennifer Lopez, and many more.

Senxao’s international lineup allows them to masterfully deliver the greatest hits from Latin America and the American charts. With influences from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, they craft an extraordinary dancing experience.

Moreover, Senxao recently had the honor of performing at the prestigious and renowned Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City, opening for the international superstar Olga Tañon, captivating an audience of over 2400 people. They also had the privilege of opening for one of the biggest hit-makers out of Latin America, Los Amigos Invisibles, delivering an ecstatic performance at one of Salt Lake City’s premier music venues, The Commonwealth Room. Additionally, they’ve demonstrated their versatility by opening for Grupo Tierra and Richard Bean of Malo.

Adding to their list of accomplishments, Senxao also showcased their exceptional talent during the inaugural Christmas event at the historic Tabernacle on Temple Square in Salt Lake City, where they were the only Spanish-speaking group invited to perform their show “¡Feliz Navidad! With Senxao” in 2023.
